Payments are currently disabled. This policy applies when a checkout is launched.

Ranking placement

A payment purchases advertising rank based on the profile’s confirmed cumulative total. It does not guarantee #1, a minimum duration, traffic, sales, account ownership, or creator endorsement. Another payment can change the order immediately.

Refund requests

Because placement begins after confirmation, completed ranking payments are generally final except where required by law. We will review duplicate charges, incorrect amounts caused by a technical error, payments that never produced placement, and unauthorized transactions reported promptly.

Refunds and disputes

Approved refunds and chargebacks are removed from the profile’s ranking total. Contact us before opening a payment dispute so we can investigate quickly. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
